02

The amount on your invoice

Pay the figure shown on the invoice or statement the office sent you. Not sure of the number? Call first.

Common questions about paying

Do I have to pay before I talk to Kent?
No. The first consultation is free. There is no charge to talk with Kent about your case, and you only pay once you have agreed to work together and the fee is set in writing. This page is for clients who already have a fee or invoice to pay.
How much should I pay on this page?
If you are paying down a balance on a matter already underway, enter the amount shown on your invoice. If you are not sure what to pay, call the office at (214) 982-1408 before sending anything, and the firm will confirm the correct amount.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through CardPointe, a PCI-compliant payment gateway, so the firm never sees or stores your full card number. No account is required to pay, and a receipt is emailed to you automatically once the payment goes through.
Can someone else pay for me?
Yes. A family member can pay an invoice on your behalf. Ask them to use your name, the name on the file, when they pay, so the payment is matched to your case rather than to their card.
Can I pay by phone instead?
Yes. Call the office at (214) 982-1408 during business hours and the firm can process a card payment by phone. You do not have to use the online portal. The receipt arrives by email either way.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available, and the terms are set in writing before any payment is made. The best time to ask about options is during your free consultation, before the representation begins.
